China Mobile recently announced that the company will purchase 60,000 TD-SCDMA terminals - including phones and data cards - in the first-round tender, instead of 30,000 as previously reported. New Postcom was awarded a contract for 21,000 terminals, Lenovo and Hisense each 15,000, and ZTE 9,000. Samsung and LG will equally share the remaining 9,000, Sina Tech News reported.
